It is one of the sanctuaries that assumingly had a sacral function even prior to the late 13th or early 14th century, the period of the earliest building remains. Based on the analysis of the church building stages and their analogies, the work seeks to uncover the traces reflected in the preserved style, primarily from the Baroque era. The text covers the individual church stages in the wider context of its role in the settlement network, spiritual administration, and the activities of its religious and secular patrons and adherents. The work is a result of the completion and interconnection of the student works of the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU in Prague which dealt with the church during the 2017/2018 schoolyear.
