AB  - The parsonage in Maršovice (District Benešov) dates back to the early 18th century and was originally a new Baroque structure that later underwent significant modifications. The loose roof covering and façade plastering posed a danger to the local road passing in front of the building. This situation changed with a new owner, Charita Nový Knín, who in 2021 prepared a design for a comprehensive renovation and modifications for social service purposes and secured co-financing from the IROP Programme. Subsequently, the overall reconstruction began, which was completed by the end of 2023.
