From the Repair of the Facade of the Parsonage of the Church of the Annunciation to the Virgin Mary in Maršovice

The parsonage in Maršovice (District Benešov) dates back to the early 18th century and was originally a new Baroque structure that later underwent significant modifications. The loose roof covering and façade plastering posed a danger to the local road passing in front of the building. This situation changed with a new owner, Charita Nový Knín, who in 2021 prepared a design for a comprehensive renovation and modifications for social service purposes and secured co-financing from the IROP Programme. Subsequently, the overall reconstruction began, which was completed by the end of 2023.
